Trump Website Scores Second Straight Month of Big Traffic Gains

RedState Boosts Audience 31% to Lead All Conservative News Websites in April

May 31,  2022, New York, NY – The website of former President Trump posted a huge year-over-year (YOY) increase in unique visitors according to TheRighting’s exclusive analysis of April 2022 mobile and desktop traffic based on Comscore data.   DonaldJTrump.com attracted 548,000 unique visitors, as its YOY audience last month surged 239% compared to April 2021 when it drew only 161,000 unique visitors.  It was the second straight month of audience gains for the former president’s website.

“While the steep audience declines that Mr. Trump’s website has endured in the last year may have reached the bottom, his audience is still a fraction of what it was when he was in office,” said Howard Polskin, President and Curator, TheRighting. “The next few months will reveal whether the gains were the result of more daily posts – mainly endorsements of candidates he favored – or a barometer of some sort related to his popularity.”

Most major conservative news websites faltered in April, continuing a mostly downward trend in 2022.  Foxnews.com stumbled in April, attracting only 70 million unique visitors, its lowest number of the year.  Overall, its YOY traffic fell 17%.  However, it remained the top conservative news website.
