Where Woodward can count of unfettered access to any administration as well as rely upon the Washington Post to serialize parts of his books to promote them, Bernstein receded into virtual anonymity only to emerge in the Age of Trump as an angry, bitter, and pathetic figure willing to say anything for air time.
The fake news promulgated another bombshell out of nothing this week after news broke that the FBI investigated Donald Trump for being a Russian agent and that that Trump hid his private communications with Putin from his administration…The propaganda writers count on the public’s ignorance and laziness in consuming the news. Knowing that the majority of news consumers never read past the headline and first paragraph, these smear merchants can craft narratives that stick regardless of whether they are factually accurate.
Sean Hannity: We know top people in the FBI filled with hatred and frankly, anti-Trump rage, who have put aside all values and their blatant political bias, were seeking redemption for the firing of James Comey. They actually plotted to destroy your duly-elected president.
Brent Bozell: In 2016, the mission was of existential proportions — and they failed. It wasn't because they were on his side; it was because he beat them.
If you can’t get a chuckle out of the picture of a president presiding over trays of our national cuisine, your life must be sad and joyless.
Several new Democrat members of the House of Reps are upset with the party’s refusal to negotiate with Trump.
Here's what's scary about this: Ocasio-Cortez has made it well known that she believes the rich should hand over 70% of their paychecks to the government. She's doing everything in her power to move her party to the left and what better way to do that than to advocate for raising taxes and redistributing the wealth?
Boys are not lost because of toxic masculinity; they are lost because their fathers have been taken away from them and they cannot figure out how to fill that void with anything but rage and shame.
Gillette is facing serious backlash one day after debuting its “We Believe” ad campaign combating “toxic masculinity.” Many critics charged it assumes most men are misogynistic.
The latest victim of blatant religious bigotry is Brian Buescher, President Trump’s nominee for the U.S. District Court in Nebraska. Buescher came under attack by Sens. Kamala Harris (D-CA) and Mazie Hirono (D-HI) for his membership in the Knights of Columbus, a revered and highly-respected Catholic charitable organization.
This might hurt the gun control narrative.
Another day, another totally preventable crime.
The tone of coverage remains incessantly hostile: 90% negative, vs. just 10% positive (excluding neutral statements), matching the historically bad press that we documented in 2017. Yet despite the media’s obvious disapproval, public opinion of the President actually improved slightly during 2018.
Rich Lowry: If the president wants to tilt toward Russia — not that Trump really has except in his words — he can. If he wants to butter up China’s dictatorial president during high-stakes trade negotiations, he can…And the FBI should have nothing to say about it.
Okay. So it’s like Groundhog Day. It’s deja vu all over again! The New York Times and the Washington Post with gigantic stories on literally nothing! But headlined to make it look like there’s a new development in the Trump-Russia case, and that is that Trump was actually working and reporting to Russia.
Anonymous: As one of the senior officials working without a paycheck, a few words of advice for the president’s next move at shuttered government agencies: lock the doors, sell the furniture, and cut them down.
There’s a politically incorrect question hanging over Washington that it’s almost safe to ask: How much longer can Robert Mueller spin his client-for-life until even Nice People start asking questions?
Go woke, get broke. The new Gillette commercial, which alternates between echoing glib feminist talking points and bashing men, is hugely unpopular on YouTube, receiving over 40,000 thumbs down compared to less than 6,000 thumbs up.
Razor company Gillette joined the social justice circus Monday, posting a video to its Facebook page warning men against “toxic masculinity.”
This effort to eradicate masculinity is dangerous because it disrupts the relationships that depend on the complementary nature of the sexes.
The men and women currently covering the White House rarely live up to that respected title. Instead, we are force fed reports from opinionated loudmouths whose anti-Trump bias is depressingly obvious to most Americans.
In its latest punishment of a conservative, Twitter suspended nationally-syndicated, Portland, Oregon-based radio host Lars Larson for defending a police officer.
It turns out there are still a few good-humored, politically-incorrect folks in Hollywood after all. Over the weekend, lefty-bashing street artist provocateurs publicly slammed HBO’s Bill Maher with a satirical billboard depicting him not as the thought leader he imagines himself to be, but as a rote purveyor of mainstream liberal propaganda.
Mr. Trump, like Ronald Reagan before him, is poised to effect profound change in America, and bring us back to something closer to the polity our Framers contemplated. Friends of the rule of law, and of representative democracy, should be doing everything possible to support him.
The seed of Millennial miseducation is finally bearing its rotten fruit.
f you trust journalists and what you hear and read in the daily news media, you’re among a distinct minority.
The latest proof comes in a New York Times report that the FBI initiated a 2017 investigation into whether Trump was serving as a covert Russian agent. The accusation itself was ludicrous on its face. But from a legal standpoint, the FBI's probe constituted an egregious abuse of power. The Bureau had no probable cause, no evidence, and no reasonable suspicions.
